I bought an original Polo handbag in December from a shop, Ancuri, in Somerset West Mall. The handles of the handbag started tearing, so I gave the bag in for repairs at Ancuri on 06.07.2013
The first time it came back the handles was a total different colour and it just didn't look like the original Polo handles. So I sent it back again. I received my bag on 06.08.2013 for the second time and the handles still didn't look like the originals and the colour still differs. Even the stitching is of poor quality. Every time I get the same response. "They will take it up with the Polo rep"
This is unacceptable for me. I bought an original Polo handbag for a lot of money and if it looks like this after repairs, then I could have bought a fake one and threw it away when it tears or brake.
So I demand my money back or a new Polo handbag.
Can someone please assist me with my complaint.
