I bought a washing machine almost about two years ago. With the first time using my brand new machine it mad funny banning noises. So I phoned my sales lady and lodge a complaint, they send out a repair man to come glued the machine. I was very unhappy, cause why glue a new machine? So a few times after that I had a problem with my spinner. So they again replace the motor a few times. So I said to Loretta that i am very unhappy why is my washing machine not being replace. She then spoke to (DEFY) they told her that if my washing machine brakes again they (DEFY) will replace it. ALL . So again they replace my spinner with a motor and I said to Loretta why am i not receiving a new washing machine as they promised.she replied " Mrs... they said ones the machine is still fixable they will not give you a new washing machine. I fell that it is not fare to give the customer hope and promises if they can not keep. I will never again buy at Beares again or any product of DEFY. THEY first want to repair your goods until your guarantee expires.
