Bought a machine last year december, machine got faulty couple months later called russels to inform them of the problem they told me that I have to pay a call out fee for a tech to come out was upset cos the thing is under 2 year gaurantee so I didn't see the need to pay the call out fee reported them on hello peter they returned my call an to my surprise the call out fee subject had magically dissapeared, now on the 29/11/13 the machine started leaking water my husband checked all pipes an informed me that its leaking on the drum at the base of the machine called russels an informed them they said they will call me back my hubby called aswell still no feedback, machine standing at home can't do washing an this is the 2nd time I'm reporting russels on hellopeter about the very same washing machine totally disgusted at there lack of service to their clients
