On 11 July 2013 an unknown person bought goods on my Donna Claire account at Sportscene Kroonstad for R2396, 00 and also on ll July 2013 at Foschini Kroonstad for R7638, 90 without using the original card. At that point in time I was on holiday in Spain & Portugal as could be seen on my Passport and my husband was in Uitenhage where he attended a funeral. The card was safely kept. I do not have a domestic worker for the house or garden. Our house is supplied with an alarm system for the house and beams for the garden. It is always in use when we are not at home. We are insured by Beagle Watch. We live in Roodepoort and according to my affidavite it could be verified. I reported the problem to Linda Verster at Foschini, Westgate and she immediately reported the case to Susan Staak, analyst Forensics. I received an email to say she received the complaint and so far nothing else. I am very worried as I need to clear my name from the purchases. Could you please assist me with the case. Thank you.
