I went to a Donna Claire in Alberton on th 15th Jan.
I saw two beautiful handbags and thought I should buy with my account that i know doesn't owe.
There were two black ladies behind the counter who one of them pretended to be assisting me, unfortunately when she swiped my card it said i have no credit available... then i told her that i knw the card has credit because my account is paid up, she then sarcastically askd the other older lady to check on her till n she got the same story"no credit" ..i asked if they could call head office to find out what the problem was and they looked at each other then the older lady said "IT'S THE MACHINE THAT SAYS YOU DON'T HAVE CREDIT NOT US" My word i've never felt so small knowing very well that my card has credit, so I went next door at Foschini and guess what? no questions askd, called head office and got my card sorted, turns out it was blocked hence i havent used it in a long time. So i went back to Donna Claire, and guess what? Tha handbags were still on the counter where i left them..then i asked why they didn't want to help me and they said i'm the one that left... i felt they did not want to help. i bought the bags with a sad face.
