I was called by the attorneys representing truworths and I was informed that I am in bad debts and I need to pay money into their account. I never had an account with truworths and when i called them they told me that i do have an account and I opened it in cape town and I have never been to cape town. They asked me for my ID documents and other particulars and I sent them everything and they told me that they will investigate further and this was almost 2 years ago. Everytime when I call them they always give me new stories and recently they told me that they cant assist me anymore because my account has been handed over to their attorneys. When I call their attorneys they also tell me that they can't assist me and all they want is for me to pay the money that I owe and the legal chargers. I am very fustrated at the moment because my credit record is ruined and I cant get any anything on credit because of this whole situation. I am appealing to you to assist me as you are my last hope.
