I went to the Kolonnade today, on the 28 July 2013 to return goods at Donna-Claire. I was in a hurry, so I asked the lady behind the till, Athen, whether there was anyone else who can help me. She said no and after that she deliberately started slowing down what she was doing and helping the other customer at a snail-pace. When she eventually started helping me she started speaking Tshwana to another lady (customer!) in the store about how rude I supposedly am. Luckily I understand a bit of Tshwana so I overheard them talking about the rude white people in the country and that it is their country now and I should back off. Thereafter, the customer also started bad-mouthing me. Professionism = 0 out of 10, Service = 0 out of 10 and Attitude = 10 out of 10!!! I will never set my foot there again!! On the other hand, the Foschini just oppisite Donna-Claire is great, so Foschini Group I suggest you start working on your Service consistency across stores and get rid of the staff that are dragging the company down and dwelling on the past.
