Payment made not reflecting

On Sunday, 3 June 2013, I made a payment of R1800 towards my Donna-Claire account, via EFT. To my surprise when I needed to use my card to purchase something I was told my payment is not reflecting, actually showing that I owe. This is not fair because now you guys have surely listed my as a bad payer, when I made the payment on time. I paid from an FNB account so this transaction should have reflected immediately like all the other times when I paid using EFT. Can someone please sort this out ASAP and tell me what's going on!
