I have an old defaulted Donna-Claire account. I did contact Foschini-Group (several times) to try and pay this account. First I was given banking details and made a payment, then they say no the account was handed over to MBD. I have tried them on many occasions, with no joy.
Who do I communicate to to arrangement a payment plan for this old account?
Please contact me via e-mail. I need proof of all communications. I need this paid up and sorted for once and for all.
