I went to Incredible Connection this weekend looking for a laptop, Sebastian was the first who was able to help and knew what he was talking about. I have bought two ipads from him and ordered a R16 000 laptop from him yesterday which he did the effort to pitch to me. I am only 17 and all other staff especially at other incredible connections just pass me of thinking Im just taking them for a ride and wasting their time. Sebastian did not treat me any different from any adult and I just thought he should be acknowledged. I will always try to get my tech needs though him in the future he is a great sales man and one of the few there that really know computers well and has a passion for it you can see from a mile.
