I complained on the 5th of August, how a boldly advertised "wifi printer" (with free assistance to set up the printer on wifi) was not wifi at all - therefore blatant false advertising, which wasted a lot of my time. That was the Samsung 3405F as advertised on 2nd of August. (I still have the original add.) My complaint on was quickly responded to with "Thanks for bring this matter under our attention..bla bla bla... we will get in touch with to you soon"
Well, they never did!! I also complained via their website. Same message, same result.
