I have been trying for almost a year now to get my invoices via email! I went into store and filled out a form (as I cannot do it online!) I then received my balance via sms and only advertising on email. I went back into store and there was no change. I have spoken to the accounts department on the phone at least 5 times, every time I am assured my invoices will be received via email and nothing ever happens! Then I have the accounts department on my back because I never know what is happening with my account!
