Tosgo sun advertise free WIFI but this was not so

I stayed at the Drakensberg sun on the 06 to 09 August. The Tsogo sun website and the booking confirmation SMS i received said free WI-FI. When i got to the hotel and inquired about this i was told that i had to purchase a voucher. When i tried to explain that the website and sms said free WiFi the receptionist had no clue of what i was talking about. Why say free WiFi if you do not have free WiFi.
