On Saturday 17/08/2013, I contacted Clicks TownSquare to prepare my repeat script. After trying to get through for an hour the call was answererd by pharmacist on duty who refused to give me her name and advised that she was too busy to deal with the call and cut me off. I contacted the Customer Care Centre and requested they deal with the matter as I needed to collect the medication on Saturday. No reponse from Clicks Customer Service not the the Branch. I contacted Customer Service again this morning and spoke to Lyle to which he promised a response by 13h00. No reponse yet again. We have never in all the years of shopping at Clicks received such poor pathetic service.
