Promised Free WIFI data not available

I bought 8ta prepaid data package 2 1 Gig starting this month. I got sms to say that i have 10gig of free WIFI data to be used at telkom hotspots. I have run to Telkom and 8ta stores in Vangate mall, Kenilworth centre, Canal Walk and nowhere this wifi hotspot is working and no one can help me use this data. All the information listed on their website is FALSE. I was directed to Prini cafe in Rosmead ave. in Kenilworth with a promise that this place has Telkoms WIFI. When i asked the owner of the shop about it he said NO this is FALSE. He has his own WIFI for his clients which they use when buying things from him and he even offered to let me use it to which i refused on the matter of principles.
It is so disgusting that 8ta is putting up all this FALSE information on its website and promising its customer that which they do not have and CAN NOT DELIVER.
I even had to pay and get a new sim by doing sim swop to put into my phone which takes micro sim since i was told at one of the stores that WIFI detects your sim and then lets you conect to WIFI
Even some of the staff went out of the way to help but they can not as there is no way for them to do.
