Wrong delivery and NO resolution 1 Month late

Hi,
A printer was ordered on 31 October 2013. Delivery of a printer was 7 working days later but did not have the functionality (wifi) advertised on the website.

After multiple emails and phone calls, there has been no resolution!!! Last phone call was placed by Gugu from multiply to me on 29 November 2013 asking for the printer to be returned for a refund. I find this unacceptable as I ordered and payed for a printer with specs as advertised. Gugu informed me that a conversation with the manager is necessary. It is a month later since the order was placed and as yet I have not received communication from any manager that could actually resolve this.

If this was a walk-in store I would have been able to get exactly what I need on the SAME day. I've been promised a phone call by monday 2 December but as this "promise" is rarely met, I'm not holding my breath.
