CNA does not communicate with their customers. About 4 months ago I enquired about a DVD that I would like to order. I did not receive a reply. This continioued for more email requests.
After about a month I tried again where after I was replied with a order number CRM:0014592.
On several email enquiries I still have not been informed as to the progress of my order and what the current status is.
Can someone please look into this?
