Enquired if stock is available for "G.Skill Trident 2x8GB DDR3 2.4Ghz" on 04/18. Received reply from Rampage Gaming (Sales) that they had stock. Placed order same day for 2X the item at R3376. Payed immediately via EFT ORDER NUMBER:2975, with EFT also sent PROOF of payment to sales. Also sent email informing [Email Removed] (Nick) that payment was made. Got a reply "Understood". Up to this point everything was fine. From here it went downhill. On 04/23 & 04/30 asked for ETA from admin/sales= NO REPLY. Eventually on 05/09 I received a reply saying they have not received payment and that they have had problems with Telkom! I freaked out and cursed in my email, though not at the person but the created situation (MY BAD). I sent PROOF again. Nick replied on the 05/14 apologizing and saying my order will receive priority... HAHAH. NOTHING HAPPENED. From then I've had no reply or UPDATE! I again emailed them on 06/07 asking for a REFUND of my R3376! I did receive a reply on 06/20 stating "Refund details has been forwarded to account. Have not received anything!!! No proof of returning of funds, NOTHING!! I just want my MONEY back so I can buy the RAM from a good company.
