I pre- order Blackberry Q10 and i receive a call from Eric Phallang Ntshoshi (Retention Consultant) on the 06/06/2013. He told me that they have a stock for this Q10 and advise that i can upgrade. we agreed that the contrant will be R500 and airtime unit will be 200min and he will cap it.

On the 07/06/2013, i send him an email about my BIS on current phone was stop without an notice or communicate and the progress on my new order and i instruct him to cancel the order as i cannot afford the premium. He send me an email saying i must reject the delivery which i did but i'm not sure if he did cancel my order.

I have decided to cancel my contract with you, when it expired Next month.
