Ordered parcel (mobile wi-fi) on 8 January, payment processed by Kalahari
Order shipped (according to tracking system) on 9 Jan, indicating that it is due to be delivered on 13 January
Enquired 10 days later why it has not been delivered
First response: it has been shipped (I already knew that)
Some enquiries inbetween were never responded to
Next response: we need an order number (I did provide a tracking number - system should be able to find order number?? Also, order number in previous enquiries)
Current status: PAYMENT PROCESSED, NO PACKAGE, NO RESPONSE TO ENQUIRIES
NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!
