I ordered an item from [URL Removed] on 03 March & was provided with an expected delivery date of 15 March. On 17 March i emailed the support team to query the order. I was then informed that stock had been received & they were in the process of dispatching my order and that i will receive email notification when shipped. Six days later i am still waiting for the order & getting no response to emails sent. According to the order status on the website, the parcel is labeled as " Ready to Pack". It has been marked as such for more than a week now.
