I have had a very good credit record for a long time, recently my business started growing which required loans, financing etc. These loans however were at exhorbitant interest rates, upon inquiry I discovered that EDGARS had placed my name onto ITC as a slow payer, i.e. I have not payed them on time i.e. 30th of every month but a few days later.
EDGARS did not always supply me with statements/invoices and sums owed had to be assumed, in most instances I had a credit with EDGARS since I did not have a statement/invoices at the time of payment to them at the end of the month. Their invoice mailing system does not always send out emails for which they have a disclaimer but their LATE PAYMENT software sure is, What is their Business Model then?
EDGARS have cost me THOUSANDS OF RANDS in additional INTEREST payments on my loans and financing for a measily few hundred rands payment per month, its really NOT WORTH the issues. I"M CLOSING MY ACCOUNT WITH EDGARS.
