I went to the Edgars eastgate store on the 19/10/2013 and paid a settlement fee of R7619.29 that was given to me by a consultant by the name of Kedibone, I paid at the store and asked for the d/o to be stopped from going off my account and for the account to be cancelled. It took about an hour to get the account to be cancelled coz I was told to speak to customer care n explain why I wanted to cancel my account, I spoke to a Lady by the name Nokwazi in ccare who assured me that payment is reflecting on the system n she has cancelled the contract, even her manager Lebo confirmed that everything is sorted out and my d/o has been cancelled. To my surprise on the 25 0ctober a d/o for R400 went off my bank account from edgars. I went back to the store to enquire abt that n was told that my account is outstanding with R7116, I asked what happened to the payment I made at the store and no 1 seems to know what happened to the money I paid, I had to go print a bank statement to show them proof that the money did go off from my account and they said they will investigate. Today I get a call from Nokwazi to tell me that they still don't know where my money is. So where the is my money
