Look and Listen Branch Manager Bad Atitude

I purchased Marley earphones from look & listen and they started playing soft and distorted after a while. I then took them to Look and Listen Clearwater and they tested the earphones and thereafter exchanged them without a problem. The other day the earphones started doing the same thing but this time its worse as it sometimes does not play unless you fiddle with the cord then it plays extremely un-clearly. I then took it to the South Gate branch and the manager listened to how they play and said that there is nothing wrong with them and I should take them somewhere else (yet they were bought in May and come with a year guarantee). He then clicked his tongue and stared at me until I put the earphones back in the box and walked out of the store. What kind of service is this???
