I urgently needed a new washing machine and Oupa Molepo went out of his way to ensure that this happened. He sorted things out for me and then followed up afterwards to ensure that all was well. He was at all times patient, friendly, efficient and showed initiative in dealing with my case.
The two delivery men, Oscar and Romeo (nobody has been able to give me their surnames -sorry for this), delivered my machine long after dark. Despite this, they were cheerful, friendly and extremely helpful.
I truly appreciated the service of these three outstanding men - thank you.
