I've asked the Randburg branch (Grant) to fetch my washing machine on Tuesday (14 January), as the water inlet was very slow. I reiterated with Grant that I need my machine by this afternoon, seeing that my worker is there on Fridays, and washing needs to be done. I've also asked them to collect my fridge when they deliver the washing machine.
I didn't receive any feedback, only when I phoned today, I was told what was wrong (sand in the inlet), billed R425, but the machine can't be delivered today because his vehicle broke. He was shouting at me when I insisted the machine delivered today.
This is my 3rd dealing with Bergens, and the 3rd negative dealing, previously Roodepoort branch. I'm also not sure why the washing machine must be taken to a shop, why can't technicians go out to the houses.
