I bought a washing machine from the Greenstone branch which was to be delivered the following day, but due to the delivery service used by Game it wasn't, and needless to say it wasted my day which actually happened to have been my birthday!
I spoke to Daniel, the manager of that department with my dissatisfaction and he was very helpful and understanding and very prompt on getting back to me to resolve the matter. He then offered to give me a refund on the delivery charges for the inconvenience which was really a good help! I wish that a lot of other places had such good service like this!
People like Daniel have to be appreciated by their employer and the business entity as a whole and hopefully get back what they put into the company because it''s employees like him, that make such big concerns grow.
Having said that, I however have to say that this branch's service has always been good as everyone is always very friendly and willing to help.
Thank you for the GREAT service! I will keep on supporting the company because of that!
