So I bought a washing machine from Game Sandton on Monday, and they assured me they would deliver it around 2pm on Tues. 14:30 comes. I phone the delivery man and he tells me he will be there in 40 min. I phone him an hour later, and he now informs me it is not actually he who is delivering my machine, it is another man, Romeo of all names... I phone Romeo, he laughs and tells me no it is the guy I phoned the first time who is delivering the machine. In frustration I phone the branch who says the machine will be delivered before 19:30. Initial time 14:00 mind you...
Wednesday: still no machine. I now get told 17:00 delivery time. As of now, 19:23, I am still waiting. I am seriously thinking about cancelling my order and going to Makro or somewhere else that doesn't outsource their delivery to a bunch of incompetent nimrods!!!
