I think this concerned client had a problem reading the contract because the contract clearly states all these issues. We had a similar problem but dicovered that the contract we signed did mention that these tablets were actually for free.some people do not appreciate. You were given a free gift and you complain. As for the course names, i think that was marketing because when we asked the course trainer about that, they said the content they use is always the same and both trainers the advertised one and the one who presents are from the same company. READ YOUR CONTRACT AND DONT JUST RUSH TO COMPLAIN WITHOUT ANY KNOWLEDGE OR YOUR WILL LOSE YOUR JOB WHEN THIS COMPANY SUES YOU.
