Cant believe the poor service

Good day

Let me just start by saying I don't like to complain at all but after a week I am sure I can complain!!!
I got myself a contract at Vodacom a week ago and still the contract is not yet active don't ask me why!!!
I have been phoning everyday for a week now and everytime its another story. and please don't tell me "sir we will phone you" because NO ONE took time to phone me. I have to take MY time to phone and hold the line for more then 45min at a time!!! This is getting to much now!!! And then I have to hear that the contract is still to new the IT department is working on it that's NOT MY PROBLEM!!! its fine to pay then they love your money but as soon as they have to do something for the client what happens NOTHING!!! Cant phone me or even try to help me!!! I am sure this is not the way you do business but if it is then I am so sorry for the rest of the clients!!! And I will from today complain as much as I can!!! And if some one doesn't phone me after this the I don't know what else to do. Maybe cancel my contract seeing that I took out this contract for work!!! Now I have to pay double??? THIS WAS THE LAST STRAW FOR ME!!!
