CONTENT BILLING: SMARTCALL TECHNOLOGY

Good day,

I have been with MTN both on contract and prepaid. on my MTN 500 MB modem, MTN and this company called Smart Call Technology has billed me R400.00. I have seen lot of complaints about this compnay and mostly are MTN Clients (i dont mean that other networks do not complain).
What do MTN do about this complaints? This billings are not legitmate and are all NOT true. How can someone say i have subscribed to their service and purchased a content that caused me R140.00 and i purchased this at 15:00, at this time am at work and my modem and laptop is at home.
Isnt that subscriptions must be monitored? How about showing terms and conditions you must show to the person when subscribing? No one can purchase any uncomfirmed Content which no price attached to it, logically.
This one am taking both parties to court. Its R400 and legally it will cost me more than that, i dont care, all i need is justice for this two companies. Read [URL Removed] . Lets Act against this.
