1. Advertised course as Activity based costing in Mining - course presented was general Activity Based Costing, not mining specific.
2. Trainer's credentials and CV on advertising was impressive - different trainer presented the course
3. Free ipad advertised - received a cheap chinatown tablet instead.
4. They did not pay the hotel for the conference: we were locked out on the seond day of the course, only then payment was made
5. Very unprofessional "wannabe" company
