Skip Liquid Guaranteed Gift

1) Firstly the gifts are not the same as what was printed on the 'Guaranteed Gift' label. The restaurant and back massage is not available in Cape Town as indicated on label.

2) I bought 2 more Skip Liquids and 1 voucher number keeps coming back as not valid voucher. So I emailed Skip and still have not received any feedback or response.

3) I took the option for restaurant, the one that was available, but decided to rather change it to the movie ticket. So I phone the number that was sent to me via sms. Well you wait and wait and wait and a message
keeps repeating about high call volumes and then I decide I rather leave a message as the recorded message has suggested. Well, well, well NO SURPRISE THERE the message box is full.

You can not have something like this available to the public with out having the proper infrastructure in place.
You can not advertise one thing and give another. Surely that falls under the Consumer Protection Act??

And I am still waiting for any form of feedback or a response. I would like to solve this.
