Skip Intelligent had a guaranteed gift voucher attached to their liquid detergents. I phoned in to claim my prize on the 25th October and received a confirmation sms on 28th October saying that I will be contacted shortly.

I have since called the number provided 4 times. I have only received an sms for the movie ticket claimed. The massages that I requested has not been confirmed even though the 1st appointment should be tomorrow. Today I was told that somebody should have requested alternative dates and they have to ask a supervisor if my appointment for tomorrow is booked!!!

Companies that run such promotions should make sure that they are adequately resourced and that their staff are properly trained to handle customer queries!
