Don't fall for the "guranteed gift " on OMO & SKIP

I bought the OMO liquid wash and played the "Guaranteed Gift" competition. I was happy to have a reward for a change for using my favourite products. Little did I know that the promise was false. First with the OMO liquid, someone phoned and asked what gift I wanted and I chose a pedicure. I confirmed the appointment date (28 Oct). I didnt know what the venue was, all I knew was that it was in Rosebank. I was promised an sms/email to confirm the details. To this day (4 Nov) I have never received and sms. I was really looking forward to the pedi :-(
My second attempt was worse than my forst attempt. I bought a SKIP liquid wash and sms'd as normal on 28 Oct, til this day 4 Nov, I havent received any call.
