Skip are currently running a promotion where if you purchase specially marked bottles of the 750ml Skip Liquid you receive a promotional voucher entitling you to either 1 free Ster Kinekor movie ticket, a meal voucher or a head massage.
I have now bought 2 of these bottles and opted for the free movie ticket both times - the first time it took about a month for them to send me the code to obtain the free ticket and I had to keep phoning them to follow up - I probably spent more in phone calls to them than the value of the movie ticket!
I sent in my 2nd promotional code this past Monday, 26 August, and received the automated response saying I will be "called shortly" but 3 days have passed and I have still not hear from them - that is by no means "shortly"!
A company, especially one as big as Unilever, should not run a promotion that they are not properly prepared for and end up only frustrating and disappointing there customers!
They're happy to lure you into buying their product on the promise of this freebie, but then make you run after them to get it - that is NOT acceptable!
