Good day,
I bought 3 x Omo Liquid 750ml. Loved seeing the GUARANTEED FREE GIFT PROMOTION. I entered 3 times. Got a phone call 19/09/2013@17:56 confirming my entry and details. I opted for the movie ticket. The agent informed me I would get a sms in the next couple of days with my movie ticket voucher number. 21/09/2013@08:20 I received another phone call from a different agent confirming my other 2 entries, taking my details and also confirming that I would get 2 separate sms's over the next couple of days with my movie ticket voucher numbers. TO DATE NO SMSES HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. I believe this is a, and if it is, I WILL NEVER purchase any OMO products ever again, and I will ensure NONE of my friends/family support OMO either. Come to the party - don't false advertise if you are not going to "see it through". I am very disappointed in OMO. I feel like you only ran the "guaranteed gift to obtain higher sales, irrespective of keeping your clientele happy or not.
