OMO and SKIP are running a promotion where you are guaranteed a free gift.
I followed the instructions of smsing what gift I would like to receive.
I was supposed to receive a call back within 48 hours, I only received this call back 2 weeks later.
When I finally received a call back I spoke to the consultant and redeemed my gift by booking an appointment.
I am yet to receive a confirmation sms regarding this appointment, which was supposed to happen today. I phoned the company to make sure an appointment had not been made without me knowing. My appointment has not been made without any feedback given.
