FAULTY TV - UNSATIFACTORY AFTER SALES

I took in a Telefunken tv on 28/7/13 as its faulty, loses picture but there is sound. I go from Pinetown to Isipingo every Sunday & took it to Toti branch cause I previously received bad service at Game Pavilion. I collected it on 4/8/13, got home & connected it, after about an hour the same thing happen. I called the manager & complained, it just came back from repairs & its still faulty, he asked me to bring it in so he can investigate what was done & test it in store. Now he tells me, he had it on test & it never give any problem, I told him its an intermit fault, when it happens its for a short period, if he was helping a customer, he can easily miss it. I told him Its costing me with the travelling (3trips already) just now the guarantee will finish & every time it does this, I will have to pay for repairs. I told him I support Game, I purchased many appliances & can show the receipts, I told him to give me a credit or swap the tv but he said he can't. He had a brand new Telefunken tv returned as its faulty, this shows the product is not good. The tv is not yet a year old and is giving me problems! I want a tv of a different brand, I don't mind paying a difference. This reflects bad on Game
