WE PAY FOR FAULTY PRODUCTS

In November 2012 I purchased a 37' Telefunken LED tv from Game pavilion, I realised on 29 March 2013 when I tried connecting a dvd player to it that the AV does not work. I then took the tv back to the store and spoke to the manager Kenneth Chetty and explained the fault to him, which we tested it at the electronics department and saw that the AV is not working. He told me to book it in for an assessment which I did and I will get the TV back in 8 days, On Tuesday 2 April 2013 I got an sms that my TV is ready for pick up. When I went to the store the TV was sent back as they said they didnt find a fault and did not repair anything, I told Kenneth that I work and build electronic products and if thats the case then its called an intimating electrical fault, and proceeded to ask him what do I do if this happens again, I cannot be wasting time and petrol to run up and down, he said I will have to as theres nothing he can do. The AV worked for 2 days and now is off again, this is very bad customer service and its unfair the I should be the one to bear the brunt after paying for a brand new tv. I want this faulty product replaced or my money back!
