Hi Purchased I Telefunken Lcd June 2011 at Game Kenilworth Centre and I was not advised by the Sales Consultant at the time that I can extend my 1 year guarantee. I now my tv has gone blank on one side of the screen and when I goggled I discover that this is a common problem with LCD's. I would really have expected that since Game are stockist of Telefuncken lcd they should bring this to the consumers attention and therefore suggest that they take out an extended guarantee. In today's life who goes out an purchase new television sets every two years. In my opinion such incompetence on Game's Sales services and when I went to bring this to the Branch Manager's attention who seem to have no interest or what so ever and didn't even acknowledge that the fault had been with the servicing consultant at the time. I a consumer I would not advise that electronic be purchased from Game of they not able to take responsibility of neg legions.
