Faulty machine replaced with another faulty one

I initially bought a Samsung 13 kg machine from game, it has faults and it could not be repaired.

I was adviced by samsung to go and claim a credit and game will provide me with a new one.
It took forever for game to deliver the machine and making endless empty promises.

The machine was finally delivered in February, however its also faulty, the butten for start and programms do no work.

I do not understand how game can give me another faulty machine when they were refunded to give me a new one,

I am highly disappointed in your service.
