We purchased a television set and realised it was faulty after a week or so. We then took it back to the store and were told it would be sent for repairs and returned to us in 2 - 3 weeks.
It took the store 4 weeks to call and tell us we could collect it but we didn't complain.
It became apparent when at home that the TV had in-fact not been repaired as it still had the same problem.
We took the TV back again and were told it would be taken for repairs again which we refused. We wanted a refund or a new television set.
The manager was very unhelpful and had a bad attitude even telling us we would not get a new set as they had to get in touch with the manufacturer first.
After much debating and arguing he eventually agreed to give us a new tv.
We were very dissapointed with the treatment we received from the manager at the store.
