I bought a PS3 GT5 Console in September last year.
The PS3 broke (Does not read any discs) and I took it in for repair. The original slip I lost during my relocation.
I however bought the PS3 on my Credit Card and can prove proof of purchase date.
Game booked it in for repair and the supplier sent the PS3 back with a note saying that they are refusing to repair the PS3 as there is no slip and therefor there is no warrantee.
I am not happy about this as the PS 3 is still in the 12 month warrantee period and I would like to get the PS3 fixed.
Where is the customer service in this? I received no phone call from the supplier in any event. I only received a sms which said that the unit is ready for collection and I presumed that it was repaired.
Upon collection to my surprise I received the note as per mentioned above.
