Poor service

I bought a tablet from game so within two to three weeks that month it falls and have a screen damage, then i took it bag to store for repair, they took it for a period of three weeks, they send me sms with reference no for any stage, the last sms says the repair item is back in store awaiting for collection, the didnt mention whether if is fixed or no i was shocked when i open the box the phone was still the same, they dint even bother their to tell what to, next step, when i check the slip says the cost of the spares to affect the repair would be too high, who said i cant pay tha money they where suppose to call and ask me if i can afford, their service is too bad the sales lady doesnt even ask or eplain anything, all i need is game must take my phone back to the rapair is still under quarantee and charge.plaese help as i dnt know what to do with with phone.
