Calls been hung up

long story short I'm trying to get my refund and I've spoken to three consultants already, Nhlahla, Matshepo and Khensani. all they have been doing is sending me to different departments where my calls take forever to get answered and get hung up once it sounds like someone has answered my call.

Matshepo suggested I go directly to your branches for my refund but I simply do not have that time and it doesn't make sense having to go there directly when I'm able to change my debit orders dates telephonically
