I tried with no success to firstly login to my FNB online account. After several failed attempts I contacted the website call centre who advised me to delete my browsing history and reset my browser settings to default - there goes all my saved passwords etc.
Thereafter I was made aware I cannot change my debit order dates online and would need to contact the FNB departments directly. I thought with having telephone banking I could get some assistance but after being charged for the call was advised to call 2 other numbers to seek assistance to change my debit order dates for FNB services/products. After 7 calls to various FNB call centres, all referring me to different numbers who I was assured would resolve my request I have decided to give up. I have the luxury of having access and time to make these calls but what about the others that have limited time and access to a phone? I used to be an advocate of FNB but this experience has me reconsidering encouraging others to join. I would appreciate it if someone from FNB can contact me so I may resolve my issues ASAP!
