Reversal of debit orde

Good Day,
Can you please assist, after numerous mails & phone calls I still get no assistance with J/Doore. My Acc was paid up fully at J/Doore by CAPITEC bank last year 21-09-2012 (Attached proof of payment) and Joshua Doore still debits my Standard bank ACC each month since for a monthly instalment. All I am asking them is to solve the matter & reverse my debit orders with the bank costs I have paid.
