1life consultant tried to call me twice last week and unfortunately I could not take the calls as I was in meetings in both occasions. He left a message that a refund to my account has been authorised and I should expect it to reflect on my account on the 22nd of April; today is the 25th and I have yet to recieve my refund. Needless to mention that he advised me to call 0860 10 51 94 which was not answered for 10 minutes before I decided to hung up. It seems like I am losing more money in terms of calls and time wasted trying to sort this.
