Still waiting for Woolworths to reverse my payment

My account was outstanding and I made re-payment arrangements, I have now overpaid them and have been waiting for 12 (working) days to receive my money back, I find it amazing that they hassle you all day to make payment but not one person can advise me on when they will be returning the money that they owe me.
